Tomato 'Sauce'
in a small saucepan, simmer for 2 hours
1/2 cup water
4 tomatoes
1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes
2/3 cup home made mint sauce
1/2 tab Splenda or similar
1 chopped onion
salt
pepper
Remove tomato skins
serve as an accompaniment to meat
