Beetroot

Trim tops of baby beetroot and wash.

Place in a pot of water and bring to the boil.

Boil until tender (when a knife goes in easily) then remove from water.

When the baby beets are cool, use thumbs to peel the outside skin off.

Cut or slice and serve.
