Ricotta is a lovely alternative to full fat cream cheese.
This Ricotta Cheesecake uses ricotta cheese, eggs, vanilla, cream and almond meal.
Top with cream, kiwi fruit and dust with icing sugar.
I have made a kiwi fruit coulis upon which to rest this delicious cake.
