Ricotta Cheesecake with Strawberries

This is a larger version of my standard ricotta cheesecake.

With a base of Savoiardi Biscuits and grated chocolate, the cheesecake mixture is baked then decorated with strawberries, jelly lemons and strawberry coulis.
