experiment

My first food blog.

Aim 1 - document the food journey and share with anyone who is interested.


This is a simple spinach frittata made with eggs, spinach, cream, seasoning and ricotta cheese.
Fried sliced mushrooms, tomatoes and parsley for added interest and flavour.
Good for breakfast, lunch or light tea.

This is a breakfast dish served at Montclare Bed & Breakfast and Gallery.
