Ingredients
1 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt
3/4 cup milk
3 eggs
3 dessert spoons caster sugar
Add wet to dry.
Cook in a skillet, turning when each side is golden brown.
Serve with Ricotta Cheese and berry syrup.
