Base: 125g melted butter added to 1 cup plain flour, 3/4 cup coconut and 1/2 cup caster sugar
Bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix 3 tabs condensed milk with 1 cup coconut and 1 tab cocoa and 1 cup icing sugar mixture.
Spread on warm base and allow to cool before slicing.
