This is a traditional recipe copied from somewhere forgotten
Base
1 packet vanilla cake mix
125g butter, melted
1 cup coconut
Mix together and press into a slice tin.
Cook 10 minutes in a moderate oven.
Spread 1 tin of pie apple on base.
Mix 1 carton sour cream and an egg together and spread on apple.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Dust with cinnamon sugar.
Serve cool.
