Ingredients:
1 sliced onion
1 sliced zucchini
1 chopped potato
2 sliced bok choy
1 punnet tomatoes
2 tsp sweet chilli sauce
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cumin
salt
Method:
Fry onion in a little vegetable oil then add the potato, large ends of bok choy, zucchini and tomatoes.
Add sauce and spices.
Add fine ends of bok choy and stir until just cooked through.
Serve with honey soy chicken fillets.
