Fruit and Nut Bread

 3 cups plain flour
1/2 cup warm water
1 sachet yeast (7g)
1 cup fruit and nuts

Put the yeast in the water and sit for 1/2 hour
Add to the sifted flour.
Add enough water to make a dough.
Add fruit and nuts
Allow to sit overnight
 Bring together and form a roll
Cook in a hot oven for an hour or until it sounds hollow when tapped

Slice and serve warm.
