Christmas Tree
375g chocolate (melted)
1/2 -3/4 cup coconut
1/2-3/4 cup Rice Bubbles
glacé cherries to decorate
Mix all ingredients together and make crosses, gradually decreasing in size on baking paper.
When set, stack crosses on top of each other, cementing with additional melted chocolate.
Dust with icing sugar.
