Pear Slice

Pear Slice

Ingredients:

base
1 cup SR Flour
1/2 cup sugar
125g butter
2 eggs

topping
5 pears, sliced and stewed
cinnamon sugar

Method:
Melt butter and add to other ingredients, mixing well.
Spread in slice tray lined with baking paper.

Place stewed pears evenly on the mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake in low- moderate oven 20-25 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
Slice and serve with whipped cream.
