Pastry

1 cup plain flour
1 cup icing sugar
150g butter
Process in food processor until the mixture looks like fine breadcrumbs and starts to come together.
Remove and press into a pie dish.
Bake in a moderate oven until a light golden brown.
Remove and fill as required.
this is a lemon filling
