Fried Rice

Start off with 1/2 quantity yellow rice (see previous recipe)

fry 2 rashers bacon
 microwave corn kernels from 2 cobs corn (2 mins)
 microwave small bowl broccoli florets (2 minutes)
 lightly beat 2 eggs
 make a thin omelette, seasoned with salt and pepper
 Stirfry above in a little oil and soy sauce until brown

serve with chilli jam
