Raspberry and Almond Muffins
Ingredients
2 cups SRF
1 tsp baking powder
¾ cup caster sugar
1 cup milk
2 eggs
125g butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 generous cup frozen raspberries
1/3 cup flaked almonds
Method
Put all wet ingredients into one bowl.
Put all dry ingredients into another.
Mix both together lightly and spoon into lined muffin tins.
Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
