Orange Butter
Ingredients:
4 oranges
1 cup caster sugar
80g butter
4 free range eggs
1 tab cornflour
1. Juice oranges
2. Whisk in cornflour until there are no lumps
3. Whisk eggs until combined and add to juice.
4. Place in saucepan with sugar and butter and whisk over low heat until thick (about 15 minutes)
Strain and pour into sterilised bottle.
