Caramel Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 cup brown sugar
1 tab cornflour
2 egg yolks
60g butter
Method:
- Mix cold milk, cornflour, brown sugar and egg yolks together until smooth.
- Place on low heat and whisk until mixture thickens.
- Add butter and continue to mix until glossy and all the butter has melted.
- Remove from heat and pour into a jar.
- Keep in the refrigerator until needed.
Your imagination is the only limiting factor, apart from the occasional treat aspect.
