Bacon and Eggs



Easy one today - Bacon and Eggs
No fancy cooking here but I use my omelette pan to allow the eggs to slide off onto the plate easily.
Use a little oil in the pan and a large lid to cover the eggs in the pan. It takes just a few minutes to cook the eggs so the yolk is cooked but not solid and the whites are not tough.
Bacon lightly browned - cooked in a griddle pan to give those lovely lines.
