Lolly Slice

 Make the base using 125g butter, 3/4 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 cup caster sugar and 1 cup plain flour.
Melt butter and add to dry ingredients.
Bake in the oven until golden brown (approx 15 minutes)

Remove from oven and lay dark chocolate melts and white chocolate buds evenly over base while it is still hot.
Turn oven off.
Scatter chopped up jelly lollies (like party mix) over the chocolate.
Place tray back in the oven for a few minutes then remove and gently  fork the topping to meld together.
Allow to cool then cut and serve.
Eat in moderation.
