Today's Ingredient - CORIANDER - Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Prepare ingredients

slice carrot
slice cooked chicken
slice capsicum
slice cucumber
mint leaves
rice vermicelli (soaked in hot water for a few minutes then drained)
coriander
(plus any other ingredients that you like)


Soak rice pare sheet in hot water for about 10 seconds then lay on clean damp cloth.
Assemble ingredients on the rice paper.


Roll into a cigar shape, tucking the ends in as you go.


Transfer onto a plate ready for serving.


Serve with Vietnamese Dipping Sauce.


You will need about 6 spring rolls per person.
