oven dried tomato scrolls


 ...make a basic scone mixture by 
rubbing 2 tabs butter into 2 cups SRF
then mixing to a dough with 1 cup milk...
 pat out into a rectangle...
 (the tomatoes are small Roma tomatoes that have been slow baked in a low oven for an hour)..
 scatter cheese on the dough, then lay the tomatoes on the cheese
 roll up and slice, then place on an oven tray so that the scones look like scrolls
bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes
then serve warm
