Zucchini Patties
Mix 2 grated zucchinis, 1 grated potato, 3 eggs, 1 cup SRF, salt, pepper and 1/3 grated parmesan cheese.
Lightly fry patties in oil until brown on both sides.
Serve on fried slice tomatoes.
Add salad and chilli jam relish and bean sprouts.
