Lemon Slice

 1 cup SRF
1 cup coconut
1 cup caster sugar
 melt 125g butter and add to dry ingredients
bake in a lined slice tray for 14 minutes in a moderate/slow oven
 Add the juice of 1 lemon to a tin of condensed milk
 Pour mixture over base and cook for a further 13 minutes
 Decorate with sugar lemon slices
