Base
1 packet Nice biscuits
125g butter
Crush biscuits, add melted butter, press into lined springform pan.
Filling
2 packets Philadelphia cream cheese at room temperature
200 mls cream
1/3 cup caster sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
3 eggs
Mix all together, pour into pan and bake in slow oven for 40 minutes.
