Hotcake with Ricotta and Berry Sauce.
Hotcakes made with flour, raising agents, yoghurt, eggs, milk turn out light and fluffy. Serve with a generous dollop of ricotta cheese and berry sauce for a mouth watering breakfast or dessert. Just the thing for a winter pick-me-up.
