Fruit, Nut and Chocolate Afternoon Tea Cake

Perfect for a coolish afternoon to have with a hot cuppa in front of a fire or watching a good movie, this tea cake is tasty and satisfying. Boil fruit (dates, apples and apricots) in water and palm sugar with butter. Cool and mix in 2 eggs, SRF, walnuts, chocolate and spices. Bake in a medium oven until cooked through.
