Mud Cake
Basic white chocolate mud cake with fluffy white chocolate icing and pistachios and cystallised (jelly) lemons.
The mud cake has butter, white chocolate, sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla.
The ganache icing is white chocolate, butter and cream, allowed to cool then whipped.
Chop pistachios and decorate. Violets are good too on top of this delicious cake.
